     Some big questions that people are asking when it comes to the 2016 MSX 125 Changes which will be our 2017 Grom. Will the 2017 Grom have more horsepower? Nope, the 125cc has went unchanged in the 2016 MSX from Honda so it is still rated at 9.7 HP.
      Secretly, I wished they threw the PCX 150cc engine in the Grom but that’d be a no-go. Will the 2017 Grom have better suspension? Nope, unchanged again. Better tires? Nope. Now, a big one… Will the 2017 Honda Grom price stay the same? Since Kawasaki is introducing their 2017 Z125 Pro at $2,999
     – I highly doubt Honda can see it as a smart move to bump the price up over its current $3,199 MSRP here in the USA.

 The MSX125 is what we know as the Grom here in the USA. Originally, we didn’t get the Grom in the USA until a model year (6 months) after it originally released across the pond as they got their 2013 Grom a few months ahead of us in the USA whereas ours was a 2014 model year released in August of 2013. Will the same hold true to the Grom again? Will Honda not give us these changes / upgrades on the 2016 MSX until we get our 2017 Grom released?

 I could see Honda doing that as they do still have leftover 2015 Grom’s left in their inventory spread out across the USA in warehouses (not dealer inventory). They may want to clear out that inventory to dealers before they want to release the next updated year model. If they keep the potential 2016 Grom price the same as the 2015 model at $3,199 then I could really see them holding out until the 2017 model year as it will be difficult to convince customers to not purchase a 2016 over a 2015 if they are sitting at the dealer with the same price tag on them or within $100-$200 price difference.

 

They’ll be hung with them if they release the newer changed up 2016 MSX as our 2016 Grom as no dealers would want to order them without rebates and incentives which = Honda losing profit. So the best bet financially is to hold out and wait a little longer and get those 2015’s cleared out some.

Jakarta, IOTOMOTIF.com - The latest news from Astra Honda Motor as the sole agent of Honda Indonesia, will release new motor coded K20 in the country. Motor Honda K20 was allegedly a code from a Honda Zoomer scooter Matik-X.

Because, in Thailand, K20 is a production code of Honda Zoomer-X . Zoomer-X news presence in Indonesia is not new news. In the automotive exhibition Jakarta Motorcycle Show (JMCS) 2012, Zoomer-X is also displayed at the same time to see the response of the consumer if presented to the Indonesian automotive market. Honda Zoomer-X comes in a new segment in Indonesia, the scooter trail or crossover that is able to explore the field of asphalt and light off-road terrain.In this segment, with the launch of Honda Yamaha ahead of Yamaha X-Ride as opposed to nearby Zoomer-X in Indonesia.

Honda Zoomer-X comes with the shape of a scooter trail gallant, with front suspension upside down having a certain length, using 12-inch wheels wrapped in tires sized 100 / 90-12 front and 110 / 90-12 for the rear tires. Business machines, adventurous scooter carrying capacity of 108 cc one-cylinder, SOHC. 2-valve air-cooled, where the machine is the same as the machines owned by Scoopy Injection. Zoomer-X engine is equipped with injection technology Honda PGM-FI, in which the motor is claimed to consume fuel efficient at 53 km / liter.
